Shaped like a leaf, finished like a landscape. This ceramic plate is hand-formed using the ancient Nerikomi (Jiaotai) technique — layers of differently colored clays are twisted and folded together, then shaped entirely by hand into a long, tapered form that feels both organic and deliberate.

The deep charcoal and espresso tones on the surface meet a clean cream-white exterior — two faces of the same hand-made object. No two plates share the same texture. Every piece is its own original.

Handmade — What to Expect

• 🌀 Every texture is unique — the marbled pattern forms naturally during the clay-twisting process and can never be replicated
• ✋ 100% hand-formed — no molds, no machines
• 📏 ~90% shape consistency — each plate shares the same leaf silhouette, but slight variations in rim, curve, and proportion are part of its handmade character, not imperfections
• ✅ Food-safe glaze; hand wash recommended to preserve finish

Long enough for a baguette, a cheese spread, or a row of small bites. Striking enough to serve as the centerpiece of any table — with or without food on it.

Before ordering, please note the product you receive will not be the exact replica of what you see in the images, this is because how our products are made, it's near impossible to produce for example two cups with the exact same look.
