What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces per style. For custom or OEM orders, the MOQ is 50 pieces. Enterprise accounts (200+ pcs) enjoy the best pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and credit card for orders under $5,000. Net-30 terms are available for Enterprise accounts.
How long does production take?
Standard in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or OEM orders typically take 15–25 business days depending on complexity.
Do you offer samples before bulk orders?
Yes. Sample orders are available at retail price. Sample costs are credited back on your first bulk order of 50+ pieces.
Can I get a custom catalog or price list?
